Key Responsibilities

sector.
This includes understanding and leveraging market trends to expand the company's reach

customer base.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to grasp the competitive landscape and potential
growth areas. Formulate and implement effective strategies to drive sales and market
penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Engage in regular
communication, understand their requirements, and ensure satisfaction with
our services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing significantly to revenue growth.
This involves proactive client engagement and adept negotiation skills.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving business
objectives. Guide and support team members in the sales division.
- Regularly report on business development activities, market trends, client feedback, and
sales performance. Utilize this data to refine and adjust business strategies.
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, with a specific focus on sales and market
expansion.
- Deep understanding of the Indian market, especially in the sales or recycling sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
